Winning is simple, all you need to do are the following:
1. Register here. Read it first, then scroll down to just above the Rules section.
2. Design a website! If you already have one, then all you need to do now is to follow number 3!
3. Download Divine Elemente’s trial version on Divine Project and use it to transform your PSD into a working WordPress Theme!
4. Submit a .zip file of the theme you just made on or before February 18, 2012 to rean [at] 1stwebdesigner [dot] com!
